The Rivet Spacers are tools to make the layout of sheet metal repairs on aircraft faster and more accurate.  The Rivet Spacer greaatly reduces the time needed to layout a repair over using a standard ruler.  
 
The Rivet Spacers are 100% designed and manufactured in the USA.  They are made out of .080 Lexan to give superior flexibility and durability.  
 
All 3 sizes of the Rivet Spacers feature a line 0.400" from the edge of the tool to quickly measure from the edge of the cutout to the first fastener, giving the average distance needed for most repairs.  They also have a 0.5" radius on the bottom right edge of the tool to ensure properly measured corners of the cutout and doubler.  The spacers are marked in standard units of measure with tick marks every tenth of an inch along 22 inches of the tool.
